Information pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 with provisions regarding the protection of personal data, Torre S.Antonio Srl, as Data Controller, is required to provide information on the use of your personal data.

1. Source of personal data
The personal data held by Torre S.Antonio Srl are collected directly from the interested party or may be acquired by third parties.

2. Purpose of the processing
Personal data, in possession of Torre S.Antonio srl, are processed within the scope of their normal activity for the following purposes:

a) fulfillment of pre-contractual and contractual obligations strictly connected with the management of the relationship established;
b) fulfillment of the obligations established by laws, regulations and provisions issued by Authorities and Supervisory and Control Bodies;
c) other purposes functional to the activity of Torre S.Antonio Srl, for which the interested party has the right to express his / her consent or not:
– promotion and sale of products or services of Torre S.Antonio Srl or of third-party companies;
– market surveys.

3. Methods of processing
The processing of data may be done by manual, computerized and telematic tools, with logic strictly correlated with the purposes and in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

4. Categories of data processed
In relation to the purposes described, Torre S.Antonio Srl processes the personal data of customers and potential customers relating to: name; address or other elements of personal identification; fiscal Code; data relating to the family and to personal situations; data on the level of education and work of the interested party.

5. Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated
For the pursuit of the purposes described Torre S.Antonio Srl needs to communicate your personal data to third parties, belonging to the following categories:
a) Authorities and Supervisory Authorities, Judicial Authorities, public and private entities to which, according to current legislation, functions of public surveys (for example, Central Risks) are delegated;
b) companies that carry out administrative and accounting activities on behalf of Torre S.Antonio Srl;
c) studies and consulting firms;
d) accounting firm;
e) subjects who perform tasks of a technical and / or operational nature (payment services, treasury, etc.) on behalf of Torre S.Antonio Srl.

6. Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data
Regarding the purposes described in paragraph 2 letters a) and b) we inform you that the processing and communication of your personal data by Torre S.Antonio Srl does not require your consent in cases where such processing and communication are necessary to fulfillment of these obligations and requests.
With reference to the other purposes, each interested party has the right to refuse his / her consent to the processing and / or communication without this having detrimental consequences in the contractual relationship, except for the impossibility of following up some operations connected to such data.

7. Rights of the interested party
We inform you that the legislation on the protection of personal data gives interested parties the opportunity to exercise specific rights. In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain:
a) confirmation of the existence or not of data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form;
b) information about the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of the processing as well as the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
c) indication of the identification details of the Data Controller and the Data Processors, as well as of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come to know them as Data Processors or Data Processors,
d) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data.
The interested party also has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection. You can also oppose the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Responsible for the processing of personal data referred to in this statement is Marco Badolato, Sole Director of Torre S.Antonio Srl.
The requests relating to the exercise of the rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Code can be sent in writing to the Data Processor also by e-mail to info@torresantantonio.it.
The requests referred to in the previous point can also be formulated verbally.
